      Whether to automatically add the 'Option Declare' to lotuscript , code

      This option when enabled will automatically add the OPTION DECLARE statement to new lotuscript code which will force you to pre-declare all variables that you use in your code, thus making sure that you know exactly what you are supposed to be coding :-)

      This setting is new in ND6
