      SPR# JZHU6JN5Q3 - Added the Notes.ini variable "DisableUnicodeAPIforWin2k=1", to give users a change to revert to old behavior which was to use native APIs on Win2k and WinXP, instead of unicode APIs.

      Fixed in 7.0.2 release
