      Description:
      This notes.ini setting works only if a fix for SPR # MKIN9Z6S5D is installed (FP8 contains it)

      There are two parts to the fix for this issue. The first part is on by default as of 9.01 FP8 and fixes the majority of issues.

      The second part is off by default. If the first part does not address the issue and customers still see a problem and it is not being caused by a 3rd party program holding our file locked then you can enable the second part by setting the notes.ini variable OSFDG_FILELOCKING_METHODTWO=1.

      If after setting OSFDG_FILELOCKING_METHODTWO=1 and the issue still reoccurs, please collect console.log plus 3 nsds (2 min apart) and semdebug.txt for further investigate.
