      Description:
      This setting was introduced to allow Consistent ACL to be turned of for selected workstations, however this was introduced in 4.6, but failed to work in 4.6.2 and 4.6.2a

      In ND6 you can used SuperAdmin to allow access to local ACL's, however you can prevent the use of the superadmin by using the Variable Secure_Disable_Full_Admin Variable

      Turn OFF when not required!

      Valid values 0 ( normal ACL kontrol ) and 1 ( Local Manager access to all databases )
