      In a portal, users must be able to go offline to archive locally. Set to 1 to inlcude the offline and archive options in portals.

      Valid Values are:

      0 - Offline and Archive options do not display.

      1 - Offline and Archive options are included in a portal.

      Note: This Variable is New Beginning in Domino Web Access 6.0.3 and 6.5.
