You can increase the time-out period by specifying a multiplier value. For example, a value of 2 doubles all time-out periods.
Recommendation: A long, long time ago when developing R5, networks were sometime slow. Increasing the time out would sometimes be helpful. However, keeping bogus connections open for an extended period of time is going to take a toll on server performance. Be very careful when increasing this value. The default time out is most likely already too high. Increasing this time out is probably ill advised. If you do increase this value, only increase it as much as necessary and no more. Do not pick some arbitrarily high value.
