      UI equivalent:
        On a workstation, see the Ports tab in the User Preferences dialog box (choose File - Preferences - User Preferences).
        On a server, the Configuration tab's Tools pane, Server - Setup Ports option, and then see the Ports - Notes Network Ports tab in the Server document.

      Description:
      Specifies the ports that are enabled for the server or workstation. These are the port names--for example, TCP and SPX--specified on Server documents and in the User Preferences dialog box.

      The server's NOTES.INI, however, listed the secondary NIC first, as follows:

      Ports=TCPINT,TCPEXT

      Editing the port order so that the primary port for SMTP mail was listed first (Ports=TCPEXT,TCPINT) and restarting the Domino server resolved the issue.

      NOTE: The first port listed in a multi-homed environment will be the port the Domino will use for routing SMTP traffic.
