      SPR# SCRL5UYQ7V - Added the Notes.ini variable "NoDeferredAuth=1" to enable pre-6.0.2 behavior where deferred image loading (typically images in MIME messages) would fail silently rather than prompt for user name/password. This is necessary because password prompting does not work consistently in some scenarios, such as when running with WebSense
